Controller Access: In order to winterize your sprinkler system we will need access to your timer/controller (usually in the garage). Please have the water supply to your sprinkler shut off in your basement. If applicable, please tell us how you plan to leave access to your garage (either with a garage code, open door or hidden key, etc.) or you also have the option of being home when we are coming so that you can let us in.

Water Supply: If applicable, please turn the sprinkler water OFF inside your home for the sprinkler system a few days prior to our arrival. You can turn the water off weeks in advance if conserving water is desired.

**Turning off your sprinkler water supply a few days before your appointment will shorten the length of your appointment and could save you from paying additional labor charges past 45 minutes.**

Frequently Ask Questions:

 

1) PRE-PAYMENT: Aqua Pro Sprinklers is NOT collecting Pre-payment for Winterizations this year.

2) INVOICING: Once your Winterization is complete, you will receive an invoice and payment link via e-mail. - *only if there is a balance due.*

3) ADDITIONAL LABOR: If you have a LARGE or LAKE PUMP Sprinkler System, please expect to pay more than the (45 Minute) base price.* (Labor will be added in 15 minute increments and there will NOT be an up-charge for our high output air-compressor)

4) CANCELED APPOINTMENTS: If notice in advance of 24 hours is not given to cancel your appointment, a $25 Winterization Cancellation Fee will be added to your account.

5) NO-SHOW / NO-ACCESS: If our technician is unable to complete your winterization appointment due to not having the access needed and we return to finish the appointment, a $25 Rescheduling Fee will be added to the winterization invoice.

6) UN-CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS:

   For Customers with Maintenance Packages:Even if your appointment isn't confirmed, we'll try to get your system ready for winter.

   For Customers without Maintenance Packages:If we don't get confirmation from you 24 hours before your appointment, we'll have to cancel it.
