General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Aqua Pro Sprinklers. These general terms and conditions govern your use of our irrigation, fertilizer, and lawn care services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Aqua Pro Sprinklers provides irrigation services including installation, maintenance, repair, and estimates for residential and commercial clients. Aqua Pro Sprinklers also offers fertilizer and lawn care services.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Aqua Pro Sprinklers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Estimates for service work that are provided by Aqua Pro Sprinklers are subject to a service charge, except in the case of estimates for new irrigation systems, which are provided free of charge.
Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Aqua Pro Sprinklers reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in project requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Prepayment is required for membership/packages/programs unless otherwise agreed upon and noted within our system.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 3.33% or $15 per month, whichever is greater.
Invoices not paid within 30 days may result in suspension or expulsion of services.

5. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

6. Warranty

Aqua Pro Sprinklers provides a comprehensive warranty on all service appointments. We offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty on all materials used during the service appointments. Additionally, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a one-month warranty on the installation of parts. Customers are kindly requested to report any workmanship-related concerns within one month from the date of service. New sprinkler system installations come with a 4-year warranty; please refer to our Install Terms & Conditions for further details.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, or acts of nature.

7. Liability

Aqua Pro Sprinklers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Aqua Pro Sprinklers will not be held responsible for any damage due to any utilities that have not been marked out by the property owner or Gopher State One Call. Any damages caused by unmarked, incorrectly marked, or non-code-compliant items, will be the property owner’s responsibility to pay for repairs of that utility and any damage caused to Aqua Pro Sprinklers employees or equipment.
Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aqua Pro Sprinklers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of our services.

9. Termination

Aqua Pro Sprinklers may terminate services in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions by the client.

10. Modification

Aqua Pro Sprinklers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.

11. Closing
