Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership Enrollment:
    • Aqua Pro Sprinklers offers membership programs for clients who wish to receive regular irrigation, fertilizer, and/or lawn care services.
    • Clients may enroll in a membership program by providing a valid credit card for auto-renewal and auto-billing purposes.
  2. Auto-Renewal and Auto-Billing:
    • Memberships will automatically renew on the same day of the month as the original purchase, one year later, unless canceled by the member at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
    • Membership fees will be automatically billed to the credit card on file on the first day of the month containing the renewal date.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Once a client has signed up for a membership, it is considered a contractual agreement and is non-refundable. If the client decides to cancel the membership during its duration, they will still be entitled to receive the services they have paid for and agreed upon until the membership expires.
    • Members may cancel their membership by providing written or verbal notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
    • Failure to cancel membership within the specified time frame will result in automatic renewal and billing for the following term.
  4. Membership Benefits:
    • Members enjoy exclusive access to discounted rates on services, materials, and labor, along with automated enrollment, priority scheduling, and exclusive services.”
    • Benefits vary depending on the type of enrolled membership.
  5. Modification or Termination:
    • Aqua Pro Sprinklers reserves the right to modify or terminate membership programs at any time with notice to members.
  6. Appointment Confirmation:
    • Members are responsible for confirming their scheduled appointments.
    • Failure to confirm appointments may result in removal from the schedule.
    • Aqua Pro Sprinklers will make reasonable efforts to contact members regarding appointment scheduling.
    • There will be no refunds or credits for appointments that are not confirmed or unused.
    • Members understand that failure to confirm appointments does not warrant refunds or credits.
  7. Payment Authorization:
    • By enrolling in a membership program, members authorize Aqua Pro Sprinklers to charge their credit card on file for the agreed-upon membership price and any additional services requested.
  8. Billing Disputes:
    • Members must notify Aqua Pro Sprinklers of any billing discrepancies within 30 days of the billing date.
    • Failure to report billing discrepancies within the specified time frame will be considered acceptance of the charges.
  9. Membership Price Changes
    • Aqua Pro Sprinklers reserves the right to modify membership prices at any time due to factors such as inflation. Price adjustments may occur within the range of 3-5%, typically on January 1st of each calendar year. Changes in membership prices do not require explicit communication to members. By using our services, you implicitly agree to any updated membership fees.
  10. Selecting Correct Membership Add-ons/Services
    • By signing up for services with Aqua Pro Sprinklers, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. It is essential that the information you provide is truthful and up-to-date to ensure the proper functioning of our services. (For example, if your irrigation system runs off a lake pump, please ensure you have selected the Lake Pump Membership add-on as well as a Base Membership i.e. “Winterization Only”, “Basic” or “Deluxe”. Also, please ensure you are selecting the membership with the correct amount of zones.)
    • In the event that you register for membership add-ons with inaccurate information, we reserve the right to edit your package to ensure the accurate selection of information. Consequently, corresponding charges may be applied to your payment card for any additional add-ons that were not initially selected. This measure is undertaken to uphold the accuracy and integrity of our membership programs.
    • Please review your registration details carefully before submitting your sign-up request. If you need to make any changes to your information after signing up, please contact our office for assistance.
