TurfMaster and DIY-Fertilizer Programs auto-renew every year on March 1st. Our Core Aeration and GrowPro memberships auto-renews on August 1st. To cancel or modify your service/membership, please provide notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.

By not confirming, we will presume that time is not good for you and may remove you from the schedule. Our office will make every effort to contact you regarding the scheduling of your appointment but it is your responsibility to schedule them. There will be no refunds or credits for unused services. Please note that our service is continuous. Your membership will renew annually unless you notify us in writing or by phone of your desire to discontinue.

Our technicians are licensed by the state of Minnesota. At Aqua Pro Sprinklers we believe in doing our best and providing a superior product to achieve a beautiful lawn. In the event that you experience a problem after an application or after a provided service, we will quickly provide a solution to the problem. Due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, under-watering, over-watering, disease, insects, etc.), an additional charge may be required in some situations to resolve the problem. Rest assured that Aqua Pro Sprinklers will do anything possible to maintain customers’ satisfaction.
