Mid-Season Checkup
What is included?
- Thorough walk through of the entire property, looking for any problem areas.
- Make any necessary adjustments to sprinkler heads for proper coverage and distribution.
- Check controller for correct time, date and programming. Make any adjustments for current weather conditions and watering restrictions.
- Test rain sensor or weather station for proper operation.
- Check for any leaks in the system.
- Create a custom quote for any system recommendations, or repairs needed.
Repairs are made on a time and materials basis. (Repairs are not included in the appointment fee)
Sprinkler maintenance memberships
The Basic and Deluxe Memberships auto-renew every year on March 1st. The Winterization Only membership auto-renews on August 1st. To cancel or modify your membership, please provide notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Please note that our service is continuous. Your membership will renew annually unless you notify us in writing or by phone of your desire to discontinue. There will be no refunds or credits for unused services.
